Signs

I just got back from my trip to Boston/Andover, and on the way back I saw many signs like this:


These were my thoughts...

1. How are they going to know that I'm flashing?
2. Are they calling me an animal? ...but only when I'm flashing?
3. Does it mean that when I DO flash that there are animals around?
4. Did they put the eluminating module to alert everyone when I'm flashing?
